What kind of help do you need?
- Your pieces are printed and you have a list. You need a mail house for addressing, sorting and postage.
- You need printing too. Look for a print-and-mail shop, or a printer with an in-house mail department.
- You're mailing thousands of addressed pieces. Ask about presort. It's where the postage savings are.
- You want every home in an area without a list. That's EDDM®, and many local printers and mail houses handle it.
Not shipping packages?
This guide is about business mailings: postcards, letters, newsletters and catalogs sent in bulk. If you need to ship a package or mail a few envelopes, a Post Office or shipping store is what you want instead.
Where to look
Start with finding a mailing service: search terms that work, USPS's own directories and what to check before you call.
